Summary
In this presentation, I will lead a discussion around the decision and build up to hire more than 20 Behavioral Health Clinicians at our organization less than a year during the pandemic. I will discuss strategies that were used to recruit and train all of the providers in a timely manner in addition to lessons learned during the process. Onboarding process will be discussed, including the use of mentors. I will have data on turnover, makeup of the team and feedback on from training.
